So I applied my professional skills to my personal life. Created systems for meal prep, school activities, household management. And it helped! Life became more manageable.
Yet I was still exhausted. Tight shoulders. Racing thoughts at 3am. That constant feeling of running on fumes even when my to-do list was under control.
That’s when I returned to my outlet of yoga. Especially my favorite kind: Yin yoga—the slow, deep practice focused on fascia release and calming the nervous system. Then I explored Reiki. I fell in love with practices that actually addressed what was happening in my mind and body, not just my calendar.
Yet, I kept these two worlds completely separate. PM consulting paid the bills. Yoga and energy work fed my soul. I thought these two worlds had no connectivity or overlap.
Then I eventually realized… the best system in the world won’t help if your body is stuck in fight-or-flight. And all the meditation in the world won’t help if your inbox and mental to-do lists are completely out of control.
That’s what Smart Happy Space is all about: building on the integration of both. Because your overwhelm lives in your mind AND your body.

My Background
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in Yin yoga and Reiki Level 2. I’ve also spent over 20 years as a project management consultant, primarily working with beauty companies on product launches and process development. I’ve also supported biotech startups, finance companies, and global nonprofits with process development, business integrations, and complex project execution.
These credentials weren’t supposed to go together. But it turns out the people who need systems most are often the ones running on empty. And sustainable productivity requires both.
