Sustainable productivity
requires systems for your work
AND practices for your nervous system
Let's build both together

Here's What's Really Happening
- You can have a perfect task management system and still feel exhausted.
- You can be incredibly organized and still feel disconnected from your body.
- You can be productive and still feel like you’re running on empty.
Because productivity tools organize your tasks—but they don’t regulate your nervous system.
Sustainable productivity requires both: cognitive systems that manage information overload AND somatic practices that address the physical depletion in your body.
That’s the integration most productivity approaches miss. And it’s what we build together at Smart Happy Space.
If you’re like most overwhelmed professionals, Here’s where you might be:
Productive but Depleted
Getting things done but feeling exhausted, disconnected from your body, or running on empty
Systems That Don't Account for Energy
Task lists that ignore your capacity, scheduling that depletes you, or constant context-switching that fragments your nervous system.
Information Overload Manifesting Physically
Mental overwhelm showing up as tension in your jaw, tightness in your chest, or constant low-grade anxiety
Difficulty Sustaining Productivty
Working in unsustainable bursts, crashing regularly, or feeling like your pace can’t continue long-term
Lack of Integration
Wellness practices separate from work life, or productivity that requires you to ignore your body’s signals
Hey there, I'm Lisa!
After 20 years as a Project Management Consultant (including 11+ years managing hundreds of product launches), I learned something critical: you can be incredibly productive and completely depleted at the same time.
The solution isn’t just better systems—it’s integrating project management with nervous system regulation. That’s why I combined my PM expertise with my training as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher and Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
Now I help overwhelmed professionals build both: practical Asana-based systems AND body-based practices for sustainable productivity.
The Cognitive + Somatic Integration Approach
At Smart Happy Space, I work with both dimensions of sustainable productivity: the cognitive systems that organzie your work AND the somatic practices that regulate your nervous system. Here’s what that integration looks like:
Asana-Based Systems:
Professional-grade project management using Asana (free version works!) that tracks both tasks AND energy
Energy-Aware Processes
Smart workflows that honor your natural rhythms, capacity, and need for sustainable pacing
Body-Based Practices:
Simple yoga, breathwork, and grounding techniques drawn from my 200hr yoga certification and Reiki training
Integration That Sticks:
This isn’t systems over here and wellness over there. It’s one approach that honors both your need to get things done AND your body’s need for regulation, creating productivity that’s actually sustainable.
