Modern life often feels like we're juggling a million things at once. Trust me, I've been there! I'm a Project Management Consultant & Coach who's seen it all - from Fortune 500 giants to scrappy startups and passionate non-profits. I've helped teams streamline their processes, launch game-changing products, and get their organizational mojo back.

But here's the thing: my 'productivity' journey was rarely smooth or streamlined. Picture this: I'm managing projects for a big beauty brand, outlining all the needs, mapping out project plans, corralling and motivating everyone involved, but my personal life? Total chaos. Forgot-to-buy-groceries-again, where-did-I-put-my-keys kind of chaos.

That's when it hit me - why not use my profession, what I do every day for others, my project management skills, in my personal life too? I'd avoided addressing home life with work strategies because, let's face it, who wants to 'work' when they don't have to? But let me tell you, it was a game-changer! I started applying those same principles to everything from meal prep to kids' school activities, and suddenly, life felt... manageable. Dare I say, even peaceful?

Lisa's Background

Lisa Cantor is a seasoned professional with nearly 20+ years experience in process development, project facilitation, team collaboration and management working with a variety of companies from beauty brands, to finance and private equities to global humanitarian non-profits.

Lisa began her career implementing digital software solutions to financial professionals and later joined a well known and loved beauty brand to instill digital organization and structure to their creative environment. More recently, Lisa has managed the project launches and web development initiatives for a growing start-up biotech hair care company.

Equipped with strong analytics, team building and management expertise, Lisa’s vast experience gives her unique insight into the start up process of brand development and strategic launches; growth management and transition and ultimate sale and successful conversion to new management.

She is currently a consultant project manager leading efforts of business acquisitions and integrations; process development and implementation; and brand development and launch while developing resources for others to streamline their own personal and professional endeavors.

Ironically, despite my professional experience with organization and structure, in my personal life, I was often very scattered and disorganized…
I suppose I was looking to keep home and work life separate!   I was the mom late to every. single. thing.  I was always scrambling at the last minute for commitments for my daughters, their schools and extracurricular activities, as well as every personal activity I had signed up for myself.  My poor daughters were always stressed with the chaos and I was likely known as THAT mom who was going to provide excuses.  No one would have ever guessed I was professionally a project manager!
In recent years, I’ve started utilizing many of the same tools and processes that are so successful in my work and applied them to my personal life, and now everything runs so much smoother and I feel so much more at PEACE!  I’m constantly asking myself why I didn’t do this sooner.   I just didn’t think there was a need to be so strategic and organized in the “small things” of life… Yet not smartly managing all those “small things” was exactly what was putting so much stress on me and my family.
Now I’m working to share strategies and tips on productivity, task management, habits, systems and organization, for both personal and professional needs to those like you seeking more balance and peace in their lives.
